Upon arrival, our clinic assistant will greet you, verify your insurance details, and handle your registration (RM15 for Malaysian citizens and RM18 for international patients), where payment via DuitNow QR or JomPay can be made directly at the clinic counter, while cash, debit, or credit card payments can be settled at the payment counter located just outside the clinic.

The clinic assistant will gently record your vitals, including height and weight when relevant for conditions such as sleep apnea or suspected oncology cases, and note your primary concerns before you see Dr. Ameen.

Dr. Ameen will conduct a comprehensive consultation by taking a detailed history, including your presenting illness, past medical and surgical background, comorbidity profile, relevant family history, and allergy status, to gain a complete picture of your medical complaint.

To ensure a precise diagnosis and maximum comfort, Dr Ameen offer brief, gentle diagnostic procedures under local anaesthesia to minimize sensation, including nasoendoscopy to visualize your nasal passages, flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscopy for a comprehensive examination of your throat, voice box, and nasal cavity, and video otoscopy to capture detailed images of your ear canal and eardrum.

Dr Ameen will clearly explain your diagnosis, discuss treatment options and costs, and answer all questions so you feel informed.

We will guide you to the hospital pharmacy located on the ground floor near the main lobby for your medication. Cash-paying patients must first settle their payment at the billing counter, situated just outside the clinic, before proceeding to collect their prescriptions.
